Cuphead is an action game in the classic run-and-gun style, with a strong emphasis on boss fights. The visuals and audio are painstakingly created with the same techniques that were used during the era, such as traditional hand drawn cel animation, watercolour backgrounds, and original jazz recordings. These were inspired by cartoons that were produced in the 1930s.

You can play as either Cuphead or Mugman in single player or local co-op mode as you explore strange worlds, acquire new weapons, learn powerful super moves, and uncover hidden secrets while you work toward paying off your debt to the devil.
